Job description:

We are seeking a results-driven Google Ads Specialist to manage and optimize paid search campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and scaling Google Ads campaigns to drive high-quality leads, improve conversions, and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting
Optimize campaigns to improve CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and ROI
Monitor daily performance and make data-driven adjustments
Set up and manage conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, GA4)
Perform A/B testing on ad copies, landing pages, and creatives
Generate and analyze performance reports with actionable insights
Collaborate with design and content teams for ad creatives and landing pages
Manage budgets effectively and ensure optimal allocation of spend
Stay updated with latest Google Ads trends,



tools, and policies

Requirements:
2–5 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads / PPC campaigns
Strong understanding of Google Ads platform and analytics tools (GA4, Tag Manager)
Proven track record of driving leads and conversions
Analytical mindset with robust data interpretation skills
Experience in budget management and performance optimization
Good communication and coordination skills

Good to Have:
Google Ads Certification
Experience in healthcare, wellness, or D2C industry
Knowledge of landing page optimization (CRO)
