Operate VMC machines as per production requirements.
Load and unload raw materials and finished components.
Set up tools, fixtures, and workpieces on the machine.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Monitor machining operations and ensure production quality.
Perform in-process inspection using measuring instruments such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gauges, and Gauges.
Make basic tool offset corrections when required.
Maintain production records and inspection reports.
Perform routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance.
Follow safety procedures, 5S practices, and company standards.
Report machine issues, tool wear, or quality concerns to the supervisor.
Pay: From ₹23,000.00 per month
