Hotel Manager

About:
Luxury hotel in Kodaikanal offering premium stay with up-to-date amenities and personalized service.

Role:
Manage daily hotel operations, lead staff (15–20 members), ensure excellent guest experience, and maintain luxury standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee front desk, housekeeping, F&B;, and maintenance
Handle guest issues and ensure satisfaction
Manage budgeting, costs, and revenue
Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards
Coordinate with vendors and support marketing

Requirements:
2+ years experience in hotel management/supervisory role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of hotel software & MS Office
English & Tamil required (Hindi is a plus)

Salary & Advantages:
₹28,000 – ₹30,000/month + incentives
Accommodation/allowance + meals + staff benefits

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
