Key Responsibilities
Lead the Sales team and drive business growth across Air Freight, Sea Freight, Customs Clearance, Transportation, and other Logistics services.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Identify and acquire new customers while strengthening relationships with existing key accounts.
Build and maintain solid relationships with shipping lines, airlines, overseas agents, and logistics partners to secure competitive pricing and business opportunities.
Conduct customer meetings, presentations, contract negotiations, and close high-value business opportunities.
Guide and mentor the Sales team, monitor performance, and ensure achievement of individual and team targets.
Coordinate closely with Pricing, Operations, and Customer Service teams to deliver seamless logistics solutions.
Monitor market trends, trade routes, competitor activities, and geopolitical developments impacting the freight forwarding industry.
Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, business plans, and management updates.
Represent the Company at customer meetings, industry events,



and networking forums.

Candidate Requirements
Experience: 10+ years in Sales within the Freight Forwarding and Logistics industry.
Candidates must have a Freight Forwarding background.
Thorough knowledge of Air Freight, Sea Freight, Customs Clearance, EXIM, and end-to-end logistics operations.
Robust understanding of geographical regions, international trade routes, and geopolitical factors affecting global logistics.
Solid network and relationships with shipping lines for commercial negotiations and competitive pricing.
Proven ability to generate business, lead a sales team, and manage key customer accounts.
Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and relationship management skills.
Ability and willingness to travel extensively for customer meetings, business development, and branch visits.
This is a full-time, office-based role. Work From Home (WFH) is not applicable.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
