Responsibilities: -
Manage and update CRM system with client information
Track and analyze client interactions and data
Support real estate agents with client relationship management
Develop strategies to improve customer engagement
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to drive growth
Provide support on CRM best practices
Prepare reports on sales activities and client feedback
Skills Required: -
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
22+ yrs experience in real estate sales or customer relationship management
Having knowledge of property laws, agreements, drafting etc.
Robust understanding of CRM systems and processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
