We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized MIS Executive to manage daily reports, maintain data, prepare MIS reports, and support the team with accurate and timely information.

The ideal candidate should have positive knowledge of MS Excel and be comfortable working with large amounts of data.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Maintain and update company databases and records.
Collect, organize, and verify data from different departments.
Prepare sales, attendance, performance, and operational reports.
Ensure accuracy and consistency of data.
Analyze data and highlight important trends or discrepancies.
Create and maintain Excel sheets and dashboards.
Track team performance and prepare performance reports.
Coordinate with different departments for required data.
Maintain proper documentation and records.
Submit reports within the required timelines.
Perform data entry and other administrative reporting tasks as required.

Requirements
Good knowledge of MS Excel.
Knowledge of formulas such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF,



SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF/COUNTIFS is preferred.
Basic knowledge of Pivot Tables and Excel dashboards.
Good typing and data-management skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work with deadlines.
Freshers with valuable Excel knowledge can apply.

Qualifications
