Education: Graduate

Experience: 3–4 Years (Shipping Company Experience Mandatory) Immediate Joining Preferred

Key Responsibilities:
*Import & Export Billing PreparationPurchase & Sales Billing

*Bank & Ledger ReconciliationGST & TDS Compliance Accounting in Tally

*Data Entry & Documentation

*Maintain and manage Cash Book on a regular basis.

*Prepare and generate sales invoices daily.

*Verify and book purchase invoices after checking documents and pricing.

*Manage bank payment & receipt entries.

*Handle bank-related documentation and follow-ups.





*Maintain and manage inventory records in Tally ERP.

*Follow up with clients for pending payments.

*Provide required data to CA for GST filing and audits.

*Respond to CA queries during final audit and assessment.

*Prepare monthly sales reports.

*Prepare data for TDS, TCS & GST returns (monthly & annually).

Skills Required:

*Robust knowledge of Tally ERP.

*Positive understanding of GST, TDS, and TCS.

*Experience in inventory and financial reporting.

*Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
