We are seeking an experienced Account Manager for our Real Estate business who has strong hands-on knowledge of GST, taxation, TDS, and group accounting. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounting activities and ensuring statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting of real estate projects
Handle GST compliance (returns, reconciliations, filings)
Manage TDS deductions, returns, and compliance
Prepare and maintain books of accounts
Handle group company accounting and inter-company transactions
Manage vendor payments, client receipts, and bank reconciliations
Assist in finalization of accounts, audits, and tax assessments
Ensure compliance with Income Tax, GST, and other statutory laws
Coordinate with CA, auditors, and consultants
Prepare MIS reports and financial statements for management

Required Skills & Knowledge:
Robust knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, and statutory compliances




Experience in real estate / construction accounting (mandatory)
Knowledge of group accounting & inter-company transactions
Proficiency in Tally / accounting software
Good understanding of banking and reconciliation processes
Robust analytical and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:
B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / equivalent
Practical experience in real estate or construction sector

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
