Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our real estate team in Dharwad. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in real estate sales, with a proven ability to generate leads, conduct site visits, build customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through referrals, digital platforms, and local networking.
Meet prospective customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable properties.
Conduct property presentations and site visits.
Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and booking procedures.
Negotiate and close sales while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Follow up with prospects and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM.




Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth booking and documentation process.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated on local real estate market trends and competitor offerings.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales is mandatory.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
Fluency in Kannada is required. English and Hindi are an added advantage.
Willingness to travel within Dharwad and nearby areas for customer meetings and site visits.
