Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential customers.
Generate leads through various sales and marketing activities.
Promote insurance products and services to prospective clients.




Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into business opportunities.
Achieve individual sales and business development targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Eligibility
MBA graduates (Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations, or related specializations).
Graduates with solid communication skills and an interest in sales are also encouraged to apply.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
