We’re looking for a Backend Engineer who enjoys building scalable systems, solving complex technical problems, and shipping fast. You’ll work closely with product, AI/ML, and frontend teams to build reliable backend infrastructure and APIs that power our platform.

What You’ll Do
Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs
Develop robust microservices and distributed systems
Work on database design, optimization, and data modeling
Integrate third-party tools, APIs, and AI/LLM services
Improve system performance, reliability, and security
Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code
Collaborate cross-functionally to ship features end-to-end
Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical decisions
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues

What We’re Looking For
2–4 years of backend engineering experience in product/startup environments
Strong proficiency in Python, Node.js, or Go
Experience building REST APIs and backend services at scale
Solid understanding of databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis)
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure)
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
Understanding of system design, caching, queues, and distributed systems




Robust problem-solving skills and ownership mindset
Ability to move fast in a high-ambiguity startup environment

Nice to Have
Experience working with AI/ML or LLM-based products
Exposure to vector databases, event-driven architectures, or data pipelines
Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar messaging systems
Startup or early-stage company experience
