A Bar Captain is responsible for supervising daily bar operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing bar staff to deliver a smooth and efficient service experience.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily bar operations and service flow
Supervise and guide bartenders and service staff
Ensure guest satisfaction by providing quality service
Take orders and ensure timely serving of beverages
Handle customer complaints professionally
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area
Monitor stock levels and inventory control
Coordinate with kitchen and management team
Ensure proper billing and POS handling
Train recent staff and maintain team discipline
