Client Relationship & Engagement
Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, clients, and event hosts.
Build and maintain robust, long-term relationships with customers.
Understand client needs, preferences, and expectations to provide personalized service.
Manage feedback professionally and ensure quick resolution of client concerns.
Bookings & Event Coordination
Handle table reservations, event inquiries, and group bookings efficiently.
Coordinate with the events and operations team for seamless execution of parties, corporate events, and celebrations.
Assist in preparing event proposals, packages, and customized plans for clients.
Experince- Minimum of 6 months in sales.
Job Type: Full time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
