We are looking for energetic and self-motivated Real Estate Sales Executives who are passionate about sales and customer interaction. The ideal candidate will convert qualified leads into site visits and bookings while providing an outstanding customer experience,

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead Management
Contact assigned leads immediately.
Make 100+ outbound calls daily.
Complete at least 10 quality conversations (2+ minutes).
Follow up with new and existing leads.
Update CRM after every customer interaction.

Customer Engagement
Understand customer requirements.
Explain project features and investment advantages.
Share brochures, pricing, and location details.
Build trust through professional communication.

Site Visit Management
Schedule customer appointments.
Conduct site visits independently.
Explain project highlights confidently.
Handle customer questions during site visits.

Sales & Closing
Handle customer objections professionally.
Negotiate with customers.
Convert qualified leads into bookings.
Coordinate documentation and registration.

Freshers can apply.
Experience in Real Estate, Banking loan collection, Insurance, LIC, Payment Collection role, Any Sales & field experience or Direct Sales is an added advantage.
Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred
Willingness to travel for site visits.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 per month
