Job description

Roles and Responsibilities

We need smart, computer savvy, organized people to sell our products online at all online portals.
Create product listings on sites like Flipkart, Snapdeal, eBay, Shopclues, Paytm, Amazon, etc. as well as our e-commerce site.
Prepare large excel sheets with various prices and formulae.
Coordinate with the production department for updated inventory.
Address customer complaints on phone and email.
Generate sales and meet targets.
Coordinate with people at online portals for deals & promotions.
Ensure that all the products are listed correctly on all channels.
Coordinate with operators (order processing) daily.
Managing daily online dispatches.

Desired Candidate Profile
Office skills - Excel (Vlookup, Pivot Tables), Google Docs, internet search, etc.
Inventory management
Decent English language skills
Experience in E-commerce
