As the face of our space, you will build a welcoming setting, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, organize engaging events, and foster meaningful connections among our members.

Key Responsibilities

Member Experience & Community Building
Welcome members and visitors with a friendly, professional, and hospitable attitude.
Build solid relationships with members to foster a positive, collaborative community.
Plan and coordinate networking events, workshops, and community-building activities.
Handle all member inquiries, seamless onboarding, membership renewals, and feedback.
Address member concerns promptly and professionally to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction.

Operations & Facility Management




Manage the daily operations of the coworking space, ensuring it is consistently clean, organized, and fully functional.
Oversee and manage meeting room bookings and daily workspace reservations.
Coordinate directly with vendors, maintenance teams, and service providers to ensure uninterrupted facility operations.
Monitor daily inventory and proactively order office, printing, and pantry supplies.

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience, ideally in hospitality, customer success, event planning, or coworking management.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
A natural problem-solver with a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced workplace.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
