Key Responsibilities
Communicate with prospective and existing clients via phone, email, and meetings.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into business opportunities.
Coordinate with the technical team to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain client records and update sales activities.
Achieve monthly business development targets.

Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.




Confident in speaking with clients and handling business discussions.
Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
