Hiring: DATA ENTRY OPERATOR
We are looking for a DATA ENTRY OPERATOR to manage invoicing and related documentation in our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update logistics and dispatch data in SAP system accurately
Maintain records of tyre inventory movement, including size, brand, and batch details
Create delivery notes, invoices, and transport documents in SAP
Track inbound and outbound shipments and update delivery status




Verify e-way bills, delivery challans, and invoices for accuracy
Coordinate with warehouse, transporters, and sales teams
Generate daily and monthly logistics and dispatch reports
Identify discrepancies and ensure timely corrections in system data
Maintain organized documentation (digital and physical)

Requirements:
Hands-on experience in SAP (MM/SD modules preferred)
Experience in logistics or supply chain operations
Good typing speed with high accuracy
Proficiency in MS Excel and data management tools
Solid attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to handle workload efficiently and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
