We're urgently looking for a recent/experienced telecaller. Excellent communication skills required. Training will be offered.
Job Responsibilities:
Call customers and explain our books and services.
Follow up with enquiries and maintain customer records.
Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Requirements:
Solid communication skills in English and basic Hindi.
Basic AI knowledge.
Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
Prior telecalling experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Class 10/12th Board result above 70% (required)
