Job Responsibilities
Monitor social media platforms and online communities.
Respond professionally to customer enquiries.
Identify business opportunities and generate leads.
Manage multiple company/client accounts.
Maintain records of enquiries and follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal teams when required.

Requirements
2+ years of relevant experience.
Fluent English communication is mandatory.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand different customer enquiries and respond appropriately.
Experience in Social Media, Community Management, Customer Support, or Lead Generation is preferred.
Positive organisational and time management skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
