Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly driven DGM – Sales who can lead revenue growth across rooms, banquets, F&B;, and events. The candidate must have strong local market knowledge and the ability to scale business aggressively in Bhubaneswar.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive overall revenue from Rooms, Banquet, Events & F&B;
Build strong tie-ups with corporate offices, travel agents, wedding planners, and event organizers
Generate business from local markets: Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, Puri, Khordha
Lead MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) and wedding segment sales
Develop OTA strategy (MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Booking.com) to improve occupancy
Create and execute monthly sales targets, pricing strategy & promotions
Manage and train the sales team for high performance
Collaborate with digital marketing team for lead generation campaigns
Maintain solid relationships with repeat clients and VIP guests

KPIs (Performance Targets):




Monthly Revenue Target: ₹40–₹60 Lakhs (combined streams)
Occupancy Rate Target: 65% – 80%
Banquet/Event Closures: 12–20 events per month
Corporate Tie-ups: 8–12 new accounts per month
Lead Conversion Rate: Minimum 20%
RevPAR (Revenue per Available Room) growth month-on-month
OTA Rating Improvement & Review Management

Requirements:
8–12 years experience in Hotel Sales / Hospitality Industry
Minimum 3–5 years in leadership role (Sales Head / ASM / GM Sales)
Strong network in Bhubaneswar corporate & wedding market
Experience in Banquet sales, room sales, and event business
Proven track record of achieving ₹50L+ monthly revenue targets
Excellent negotiation, leadership, and client-handling skills
