Job Summary:
The Assistant Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the production and assembly of electric motors, ensuring that manufacturing operations run efficiently, safely, and meet quality standards. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with leadership and process management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate motor production and assembly activities, including winding, insulation, rotor/stator assembly, and testing.
Monitor production schedules, workflows, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery of products.
Implement and maintain quality control standards, ensuring all motors meet performance and safety specifications.
Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to optimize production processes.
Maintain production records, reports, and documentation.

Skills and Competencies Required:




Robust knowledge of electric motor components, assembly processes, and manufacturing workflows.
Hands-on experience with motor assembly, testing, and troubleshooting.
Experience in production planning, scheduling, and team management.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and production instructions.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational and communication skills.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
4–6 years of experience in electric motor production, assembly, or manufacturing operations.
