Job Summary

Holiday Club is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecalling Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to convert customer inquiries into travel bookings.

Roles & Responsibilities
Call and follow up with customer leads.
Explain domestic and international travel packages.
Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Handle customer queries through phone and WhatsApp.
Build and maintain good customer relationships.
Update customer details and sales reports using MS Excel.
Prepare daily reports and maintain accurate records.
Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth booking operations.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in Telecalling, Sales, or Customer Support.




Good communication skills in Kannada, English, and Hindi.
Strong sales and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
Confident and professional over phone calls.
Positive attitude and willingness to achieve sales targets.
