Job Summary

Master Systems Groups is seeking a energetic and creative Email Marketing Executive to manage and execute email marketing campaigns for promoting our marine, industrial, automation, calibration, and engineering services. The candidate will play a key role in lead generation, customer engagement, brand communication, and business development support across global markets.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns for company services and business promotions.
Develop qualified email content, newsletters, promotional materials, and customer communication campaigns.
Manage and update customer and client mailing databases.
Segment contact lists based on industries, regions, and customer requirements.
Monitor campaign performance including delivery rates, open rates, click-through rates,



and lead conversions.
Coordinate with sales, HR, and business development teams for marketing requirements.
Design attractive email templates aligned with company branding.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva or Photoshop is an advantage.
Solid analytical and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹22,500.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
