Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and WhatsApp.
Prepare and send quotations, proforma invoices, and sales orders.
Coordinate with the Sales team for order confirmation and execution.
Follow up with customers for order status, payments, and deliveries.
Coordinate with the dispatch, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely material delivery.
Maintain daily sales reports, customer database, and MIS reports.
Update customer details, quotations, and orders in ERP/CRM software.
Assist the Sales team in lead generation and customer follow-ups
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid follow-up and coordination abilities.
Valuable negotiation and customer-handling skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.




Knowledge of ERP/CRM software is preferred.

Qualifications
Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, preferably in the Steel, TMT, Structural Steel, Building Materials, Cement, or Construction industry.
Freshers with excellent communication and MS Excel skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
