Required Qualification & Experience:
B.Sc. in Agriculture / Horticulture, or M.Sc. in Fruit & Vegetable Science / Horticulture.
1–2 years of relevant experience in organic vegetable and fruit farm maintenance and development.
Practical knowledge of organic farming practices, crop management, irrigation, fertigation, pest and disease management, and overall farm operations.
Candidates with hands-on experience in large-scale / Commercial farm development and maintenance will be preferred.
