Social Media Executive

Quickflo.ai is looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive to join our team in Jaipur. The role involves managing social media activities for multiple D2C and e-commerce brands across fashion, jewellery, beauty, lifestyle and other categories.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage social media accounts for multiple client brands
Plan and execute monthly social media content calendars
Research trending content, reels, audio and social media formats
Create engaging captions, post ideas and content concepts
Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for content creation
Schedule and publish posts, reels and stories
Manage Instagram, Facebook and other relevant social media platforms
Monitor comments, DMs and audience engagement
Track social media performance and prepare regular reports
Analyze reach, engagement, followers and content performance
Identify opportunities to improve organic growth and engagement
Stay updated with Instagram and social media trends
Coordinate with the performance marketing and branding teams
Manage multiple brands and ensure content is delivered on time

Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in social media management/execution




Robust understanding of Instagram and Facebook
Good knowledge of Reels, Stories and social media trends
Strong communication and copywriting skills
Understanding of content calendars and social media strategy
Basic knowledge of Canva is preferred
Ability to manage multiple brands/projects simultaneously
Valuable organizational and time-management skills
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
Experience with D2C/e-commerce brands is preferred

Good to Have:
Experience with fashion, jewellery, beauty or lifestyle brands
Basic understanding of Meta Ads
Experience with influencer marketing and UGC
Knowledge of social media analytics
Experience using scheduling and social media management tools

Key:

This is a hands-on social media role. The candidate should be comfortable managing multiple brands, coordinating with creative teams and taking ownership of day-to-day social media execution.
