Job Title: Billing Engineer Industry: Construction / Real Estate / Architecture / Builders & Developers Experience: 1–4 Years Salary: ₹3.5 LPA – ₹4.5 LPA Joining: Immediate Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing client and contractor bills, verifying quantities, maintaining billing records, and coordinating with project teams to ensure accurate and timely billing activities. Key Responsibilities - Prepare and process client bills, contractor bills, and subcontractor bills. - Verify work quantities as per drawings, BOQ, and site measurements. - Maintain billing records, invoices, and payment tracking reports. - Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and accounts teams for billing approvals. - Prepare running account (RA) bills and final bills. - Monitor work progress and ensure billing is aligned with project milestones. - Assist in preparing project cost reports and reconciliation statements. - Ensure compliance with contractual terms and project documentation requirements.



- Support tendering and estimation activities when required. Required Skills - Knowledge of BOQ, quantity estimation, and billing procedures. - Proficiency in MS Excel and billing documentation. - Familiarity with AutoCAD and construction drawings is preferred. - Valuable analytical and communication skills. - Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks. Qualifications - B.Tech/B.E. (Civil) or Diploma in Civil Engineering. - Experience in construction, real estate, infrastructure, or related projects preferred.
