Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete purchasing process from inquiry to delivery.
Identify and develop recent vendors and suppliers.
Obtain quotations and compare prices, quality, and delivery schedules.
Negotiate prices, payment terms, and contracts with suppliers.
Issue purchase orders (POs) and follow up on deliveries.
Coordinate with production, stores, accounts, and quality departments.
Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages and overstocking.
Maintain records of purchases, invoices, and supplier agreements.
Resolve issues related to quality, delivery delays, and shortages.
Prepare monthly procurement reports and cost-saving analyses.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
