Tele Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, promoting our products/services, generating sales, and maintaining solid customer relationships. Tele Sales Executive is responsible for contacting potential and existing customers via telephone to promote products or services, generate sales, and maintain customer relationships. The role requires strong communication, persuasion, and customer service skills.

Must be able to speak Hindi, Nepali and English fluently.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Explain products or services and their benefits.
Generate leads and convert them into sales.
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
Prepare sales reports and track performance metrics.

Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

Qualifications
