About the Role

Are you passionate about education and enjoy meeting people on the ground? Join our quick-growing EdTech startup and help students discover the right career prospects through NIAT.

This is a field-based role where you'll visit schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and student communities to build awareness, generate leads, and drive enrollments.

Key Responsibilities
Visit 12th-grade schools, junior colleges, coaching centres, and educational institutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with school management, principals, counsellors, and institution stakeholders.
Conduct seminars, career guidance sessions, workshops, and on-ground promotional activities.
Generate quality leads and support students throughout the enrollment process.
Achieve monthly lead generation and admission targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile




Candidates with EdTech Sales experience will be given preference.
Experience in Inside Sales, Field Sales, Business Development, or B2B Sales.
Experience in School Sales, Institutional Sales, or Education Sales is highly preferred.
1–5 years of relevant sales or marketing experience.
Excellent communication skills in the local language with basic English.
Passion for education, student engagement, and achieving sales targets.
Comfortable with extensive field travel (travel expenses will be reimbursed).
Must own a 2-wheeler, laptop, and possess a valid Driving License.
