Job Title: Service Advisor

Experience:

0–4 Years (Freshers with excellent communication skills and customer service aptitude may also apply.)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive Service Advisor to join our team. The Service Advisor will be responsible for assisting customers with their vehicle service requirements, explaining repair recommendations, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring a smooth service experience from vehicle reception to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and understand their vehicle concerns and service requirements.
Inspect vehicles with customers and accurately record complaints.
Prepare job cards and coordinate repair work with the service team.
Explain repair estimates, timelines, and required maintenance to customers.
Maintain regular communication with customers regarding service progress.
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.
Conduct quality checks before vehicle delivery.
Explain the work performed and billing details to customers during vehicle handover.
Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
Promote value-added services, service packages, and accessories where applicable.
Maintain accurate service records and customer information.




Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and follow company service standards.

Required Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Basic understanding of automobile systems and vehicle maintenance.
Positive problem-solving and coordination skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Computer proficiency (MS Office and service management software is an advantage).

Qualification:
Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Automotive qualification is an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience as a Service Advisor or in automotive customer service is preferred.
Good knowledge of vehicle servicing and maintenance processes.
Positive attitude with strong organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple customers simultaneously while maintaining service quality.
