Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive Telecaller to join our Sales Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, generating leads, and supporting the field sales team by setting appointments and providing product-related information.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact potential customers via phone to introduce AguaClan water purifiers and generate interest.
Clearly explain product features, pricing, and perks to prospects.
Schedule appointments and follow-up meetings for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
Handle inquiries regarding product availability, specifications, and basic troubleshooting.
Follow up on previous calls and nurture leads for conversion.
Achieve daily and weekly call and lead generation targets.
Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams regarding customer responses and market trends.
Qualifications & Skills:
0–2 years of experience in tele calling, sales, or a customer-facing role.
Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
Confident, self-motivated, and goal-oriented attitude.
Proficiency in and English, Hindi.
Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM tools is desirable.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
