Brief: As Customer Support Executive, you are the first and most frequent touchpoint a Scrubsy customer will have. You will handle all verbal customer interactions with speed, warmth and accuracy. You are not just resolving queries; you are shaping how customers feel about the brand every single day.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound communication with customers
Respond to customers interactions with accuracy, warmth, and a consistent brand voice
Identify interactions that needs escalation – and flag it
Ensure every customer leaves the conversation feeling heard and helped
Coordinate with various stakeholders for order-level queries where needed
Identify patterns, insights,



and improvement areas from customers

What We Are Looking For

Mandatory Requirement
1 to 5 years of customer support, inbound & outbound voice process
Hands -on experience using Customer Support tools
Exceptional verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Detail oriented

Additional Requirement
Prior experience in D2C, e-commerce or startup
Understanding of customer lifecycle and retention
Prior experience in upselling/cross-selling
AI Adaptability
