Job Summary

We are hiring a target-driven Business Development Manager to generate leads, build client relationships, and drive business growth in the financial sector.

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through cold calling and field work
Build and maintain client relationships
Achieve sales targets within deadlines
Identify current business opportunities
Promote financial products and services

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree (Business/Marketing/Finance preferred)
Minimum 3+ years experience in sales/BDM
Solid communication & negotiation skills
Banking/finance experience is an added advantage
Willingness for field work

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
