Job Responsibilities
Greet and assist walk-in customers professionally.
Understand customer needs, preferences, and budget.
Explain vehicle features, specifications, and advantages.
Conduct vehicle demonstrations and arrange test drives.
Recommend suitable vehicle models and accessories.
Prepare quotations and explain pricing, offers, and finance options.
Negotiate and close vehicle sales.
Assist customers with booking, documentation, registration, insurance, and loan processes.
Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
Coordinate with finance, insurance, and service departments for smooth vehicle delivery.
Ensure timely vehicle delivery and customer satisfaction.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
Keep up to date with recent vehicle models, features, promotions, and competitor products.
Maintain showroom cleanliness, vehicle display standards, and promotional materials.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Support marketing events, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.

Pay: ₹8,954.84 - ₹15,745.71 per month
