Position: Process Coordinator
Location: Bilaspur (Near Manesar), Haryana
Department: Operations / Production
Experience: 1–3 Years in Manufacturing Operations
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Process Coordinator to support day-to-day production operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in a manufacturing environment and be capable of coordinating between Production, PPC, and Quality teams to ensure smooth execution of production activities.

Key Responsibilities
Verify and ensure Quality Control (QC) checks are completed before and during production.
Match production samples with approved artwork and customer-approved samples before production starts.
Coordinate with the PPC team for production planning and scheduling.
Monitor production progress and ensure adherence to the daily production plan.
Coordinate with Production, QC, and Prepress departments to resolve process-related issues.
Ensure production documentation and process records are maintained accurately.




Follow up on pending activities to minimize production delays.
Support continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.
Ensure compliance with company quality standards and operating procedures.

Required Qualifications
Graduate or Diploma in any relevant discipline.
1–3 years of experience in Operations, Production Coordination, or Manufacturing.
Experience in versatile packaging, printing, or manufacturing industries will be preferred.
Basic knowledge of production planning (PPC), quality control, and manufacturing processes.
MS Excel and basic computer applications.
