Tekno Electro Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (TESX Industries) is a leading Indian manufacturer of hotel RFID locks, digital safes, hotel amenities, electronic door locks, and hospitality solutions. We are looking for a agile Real Estate Sales Executive to expand our presence among builders, developers, hotels, architects, and institutional projects across India.

Key Responsibilities
Generate B2B sales by meeting real estate developers, builders, hotels, architects, contractors, and project consultants.
Promote and sell TES products including RFID Hotel Locks, Digital Locks, Digital Safes, Hotel Amenities, and Hospitality Solutions.
Develop new business opportunities and maintain long-term client relationships.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations at client sites.
Follow up on enquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate, and close sales.
Coordinate with the internal sales and operations team for smooth project execution.




Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Travel locally and across India for client meetings and project development.

Requirements
2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in real estate, building materials, architectural hardware, hospitality products, furniture fittings, electronic security, sanitaryware, or related industries.
Robust communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to generate leads and convert them into business.
Willingness to travel for business meetings and site visits.
Valid driving licence is preferred.

Salary & Advantages
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience)
