A Clinical Counsellor/Special Educator in a school is responsible for providing counselling and emotional support to students, identifying and addressing learning, behavioural, social and developmental concerns, conducting assessments and maintaining student records, developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students with special educational needs, providing remedial and therapeutic interventions, collaborating with teachers and parents, and guiding staff on appropriate strategies to support students’ academic, emotional and social development. The role also includes monitoring student progress, maintaining confidentiality, conducting awareness sessions, and ensuring an inclusive, protected and supportive school workplace.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
