Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Executive who can communicate effectively with customers, understand their needs, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth and timely customer support.

Roles & Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries and requests.
Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and expectations.
Provide clear information about products, services, pricing, availability, and order status.
Receive and record customer enquiries and service requests.
Coordinate with the concerned departments to process customer requirements.
Track customer orders and provide regular status updates.
Follow up on pending enquiries, orders, and customer requests.
Handle customer complaints and coordinate with the relevant team for resolution.
Maintain proper records of customer communication and transactions.




Contact existing customers to understand their satisfaction and requirements.
Collect customer feedback and share it with the concerned team.
Ensure all customer requests are followed up until closure.
Support the team in maintaining long-term customer relationships.
Prepare daily or weekly customer follow-up reports.
Assist in other customer coordination activities as required.

Requirements
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Any Degree / Diploma qualification.
Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
Hindi or Telugu knowledge will be an added advantage.
Pleasant and skilled communication style.
Good listening and understanding skills.
Ability to handle customers patiently and confidently.
Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
Positive problem-solving ability.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and Email.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
