Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management
Maintain accurate records of raw materials, finished goods, consumables, and spare parts.
Monitor stock levels and ensure minimum/maximum stock levels are maintained.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
Identify slow-moving and non-moving items.
Material Receipt & Issue
Verify materials received against purchase orders and delivery challans.
Inspect incoming materials for quantity and basic quality parameters.
Ensure timely issuance of materials to production departments.
Maintain proper documentation for GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and material issue slips.
Documentation & Record Keeping
Maintain stock registers, bin cards, and ERP entries.
Ensure accurate data entry in inventory management systems.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.




Maintain records for audits and compliance.
Coordination
Coordinate with procurement for material requirements.
Work closely with production planning for material availability.
Support accounts department for invoice verification and reconciliation.
Store Maintenance & Compliance
Ensure proper storage conditions and material handling.
Implement FIFO / LIFO as per company policy.
Maintain safety standards and housekeeping in the store area.
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
