Job Title: Duty Doctor (MBBS)
Location: Krishna Hospital, Cuddalore
Experience: Fresher / 0–3 years ( Preferred)

About the Role

We are looking for responsible and committed Duty Doctors to manage day-to-day patient care in wards, ICU, and emergency settings. The role involves clinical assessment, immediate management, coordination with consultants, and ensuring continuity of care.

Key Responsibilities
Assess and examine patients in OP, IP, ICU, and Emergency
Provide immediate medical care and stabilize patients when required
Initiate treatment as per clinical protocols and consultant guidance
Monitor patient progress and update case sheets regularly
Respond to emergencies and attend all critical calls promptly
Assist consultants during rounds and procedures
Ensure accurate documentation of clinical findings and treatment
Coordinate with nursing staff and other departments for patient care
Follow infection control and hospital protocols strictly
Handle medico-legal cases as per guidelines

Work Schedule




Rotational shifts (Morning / Evening / Night)
Weekly off on rotation
Availability for emergency duties

Qualification
MBBS (Mandatory)
Valid State Medical Council Registration

Preferred
Internship completed in a multi-speciality hospital
Exposure to ICU / Emergency care
