We are seeking a friendly, skilled, and organized Receptionist to join our team at Khetan Realty. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will be responsible for providing a welcoming environment and offering administrative support to our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with robust communication skills and a passion for customer service.
She will be responsible for answering the phones calls, receiving and sending the mail, coordinating internal meetings, and other administrative activities, as requested.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Comfortable interacting with high-level corporate executives
Self-motivated, flexible, and team player.
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.
Handle incoming and outgoing calls.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Maintain the front office area to ensure it is neat and organized.
Assist staff with tasks as needed.
Provide general information to clients about property listings and services.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
