Role Overview

We are looking for Territory Sales Managers who can develop new B2B customers and increase steel sales in their assigned territory.

This is a performance-driven field sales role where your earning potential grows with the business you generate.

Key Responsibilities
Generate current B2B customers including fabricators, contractors, engineering companies, and builders
Achieve monthly and quarterly steel sales targets
Develop long-term relationships with buyers
Track market demand and competitor pricing
Regular field visits to industrial areas and construction markets
Follow up on inquiries and convert them into orders

Who Should Apply

We are looking for candidates who:




Have 2–8 years of experience in B2B sales (steel, construction materials, industrial products preferred)
Are comfortable with field sales and customer visits
Are target driven and performance oriented
Have strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Are motivated to grow their income through incentives

Freshers with strong sales attitude may also be considered.
