We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Growth Executive who can manage performance marketing, social media, content strategy and lead generation to increase online visibility, user acquisition and business growth.

Key Responsibilities -
Performance Marketing
Plan and manage campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads and YouTube Ads.
Target high-intent audiences and generate quality leads.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets.
Lead Generation & User Acquisition
Generate qualified leads and increase website/app users.
Improve conversion rates and overall user acquisition.
Identify effective digital channels for business growth.
Social Media Marketing
Manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn.
Develop social media strategies and campaigns.
increase reach, engagement and audience growth.
Content Strategy
Create and manage weekly/monthly content calendars.
Plan Reels, posts, stories, videos and educational content.
Coordinate with the team editors when required.
Brand Awareness
Build a robust and recognizable digital brand presence.
Plan campaigns to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Analytics & Reporting
Monitor GA4, Google Ads and Meta Ads performance.
Track leads, conversions, CPL, CAC,



ROAS and traffic.
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
Market Research
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities and new marketing prospects.
Test new platforms, content formats and campaign strategies.

Primary Objective-

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
