What You'll Do:
Lead, mentor, and develop a dynamic sales team.
Drive sales growth and achieve ambitious revenue targets.
Provide expert agronomic guidance on seeds, fertilizers, and crop protection products.

What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, Crop Science, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Agri-sales.
Solid leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales analytics.
Passion for delivering creative agricultural solutions and exceeding sales targets.

Location: Hyderabad

Pay: ₹38,883.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
