Job Summary

We are looking for a Planning Engineer with experience in commercial interior fit-out projects. The candidate should be capable of preparing project schedules, monitoring progress, coordinating with site teams, and ensuring timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain project schedules using MS Project or Primavera P6.
Monitor project progress and update daily/weekly/monthly reports.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and other departments.
Track project milestones and identify delays.
Prepare look-ahead plans and recovery schedules.
Maintain project documentation and progress records.
Generate MIS reports and present project status updates.
Coordinate material planning and resource allocation.
Ensure projects are completed within the planned timeline.
Support project execution with proper planning and scheduling.





Required Skills
Experience in Commercial Interior Fit-Out projects is mandatory.
Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera P6.
Valuable knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
Robust planning, coordination, and communication skills.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.

Preferred
Experience in office interiors, retail, hospitality, or commercial fit-out projects.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
