Paytm is hiring Field Sales Executives for Delhi. The selected candidate will be responsible for visiting local markets, meeting merchants and onboarding businesses for Paytm digital payment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Visit shops, retailers and businesses in the assigned area.

Generate recent leads and onboard new merchants.

Promote and sell Paytm QR Code, Soundbox and EDC/Card Swipe Machine solutions.

Install/activate products at merchant locations and explain their basic usage.

Maintain valuable relationships with existing and new merchants.

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Follow up with prospective merchants and convert leads into successful onboardings.

Collect market feedback and competitor information.

Update daily sales activities through the required reporting/CRM system.





Candidate Requirements

Minimum 12th Pass.

Freshers are welcome; field-sales experience will be an advantage.

Good communication and convincing skills.

Comfortable with daily market visits and field work.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred/required as per assigned role.

Working Schedule

Full time | 6 days working

Working hours: approximately 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM / 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM, depending on the assigned team/territory.

Pay: ₹21,560.00 - ₹26,540.00 per month
