We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Community Mobilizer who can engage with communities, identify children who are out of school, build relationships with families, and support our educational and social development programs.
Eligibility
Graduate (preferred) or 12th Pass with relevant field experience.
Valuable communication skills in Hindi (basic English is an advantage).
Comfortable with fieldwork and community interaction.
Knowledge of MS Office and Google Forms is preferred.
Experience in NGOs, education, health, or community development will be an added advantage.
Salary
As per experience and interview performance.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per hour
