Robust troubleshooting skills related to application installation and compatibility issues.
Familiarity with change management processes and tools.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
Positive communication skills to document and share technical knowledge clearly.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Application Packaging.
This position is based at our BBDC1A - NON-STPI office.
